Initiate Your Request
Log into your 99Wholesale account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.
Await Approval
Our quality assurance team will review your request within 48 business hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or apply a store credit to your account within 5-7 business days.
